UPSC Topper 2023 List - The UPSC has officially announced the UPSC 2023 Toppers List, coinciding with the declaration of the UPSC Final Result 2022-23 on May 23, 2023. It is worth noting that women have excelled in the 2022-23 UPSC CSE Exam, with the top four ranks being secured by female candidates. The first rank has been achieved by Ishita Kishore, followed by Garima Lohia, Uma Harathi N, and Smriti Mishra.

Ishita Kishore scored 1094 Marks and became the UPSC Topper 2023 by securing Rank 1 in the UPSC CSE 2022. She holds a degree in economics and she has completed her graduation (UG) at Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University. She started her professional journey with Ernst & Young in their risk advisory wing. Furthermore, Ishita is also known for her active participation in sports.

Smriti Mishra UPSC Topper 2023, who is currently studying law in Delhi earned the 4th Rank in the UPSC CSE 2023 by scoring a total of 1055 Marks. This was Smriti’s second attempt at the UPSC exams, and she successfully secured a high rank. She aced the examination with zoology as her chosen optional subject.

Mayur Hazarika is the 5th UPSC 2023 Topper, ie. He secured AIR 5 in the UPSC CSE 2022 exam by scoring a total of 1054 Marks. Hailing from Assam's Tezpur, Hazarika was a rank holder in High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) and Higher Secondary (HS) examinations. Dr Hazarika chose Anthropology as his optional subject because he comes from a medical background.
