Step 1. Go to the UPPSC website. Click on the OTR Link and complete your registration.

Step 2. Visit the UPPSC Recruitments/Notification page on the official website.

Step 3. Click on 'Apply' against the UPPSC APS post. 

Step 4. On the next page, read the instructions carefully and click on 'Authenticate with OTR'. Complete the authentication and proceed.

Step 5. Fill out the UPPSC APS Application Form.

Step 7. Pay the application fee and submit the form.

UPPSC APS Application Fee

While applying for the UPPSC APS Recruitment, candidates are required to pay the following fee:

• UR/EWS/OBC: INR 185
• SC/ST/ ESM: INR 95
• PWD: INR 25.

UPPSC APS Selection Process 2024

The selection of the candidates is based on the following stages:

• Written Exam: 150 marks
• Shorthand and computer typing test: 100 marks
• Computer practical test: 50 marks.

UPPSC APS Eligibility 2024

UPPSC APS Exam Pattern 2024

UPPSC APS Written Test

The exam pattern for UPPSC APS written exam is as follows:

• The questions asked will be objective-type.
• FOr every wrong answer, 0.33 of the assigned marks will be deducted.

UPPSC APS Shorthand & Typing Test

The shorthand and typing test will be based on the following criteria:

• Hindi Shorthand - 75 marks
• Computer Typing: 25 marks
• The exam duration will be 1.5 hours.

UPPSC APS Computer Practical Test

The computer practical test will be conducted to assess a candidates proficiency in basic computer operations like E-mailing, use of World Wide Web, use of formulae and calculations on excel sheet, etc. Keep in mind the following about the UPPSC APS computer test:

• The total marks for this test are 50.
• The exam duration is 1 hour.
