Terms and Conditions

Definitions:

• Referrer: A person who invites his friend to Testbook using his/her referral code or link
• Referred Friend: A person who has been invited to Testbook by referrer and had used Referrer’s referral code or link while signing up on Testbook.
• Successful Signup: A signup is considered successful when a Referred Friend signs-up on Testbook App or Website and verifies his/her phone Number.
• Successful Referral: A referral is considered successful when a Referred Friend purchases any product at Testbook.

Terms and Conditions:

• Participants get cashback on successful purchases made using his/her referral code. The amount of cashback that shall be credited will be defined at the start of contests which keep changing time to time. The participants are requested to check Contest T&C below frequently to stay updated about the contests running, extra incentives and cashback amount.
• This referral program is applicable for all purchases through old and new users.
• For Referred Friends, they need to sign up on Testbook App or Website using Referrer’s referral link or redeem code in “Referral” section accessible through the menu drawer before making any purchase at Testbook to avail discount.
• If an invited friend makes a purchase without the referral code, you will not be entitled for cashback reward to your UPI ID. They will not be considered as Referred Friends.
• Referrer who are eligible for cashback must update their UPI ID by verifying and saving it on Testbook App or Website. The cashback will be transferred daily to the user's last saved UPI ID for Referrals done in Last 24 hours. In case they do not update the UPI ID, Testbook will not be able to give them cashback.
• Purchase should be made online only for Referral Cashback.
• Cashback will be credited to Referrer’s UPI ID directly only after 24 hours of successful purchase at Testbook by Referred Friend(s) and may take upto 4 Days, only if the correct UPI ID is saved on Testbook App or Web by the referrer.
• Referred Friends will get Cashback reward directly on their UPI ID only if they have made a purchase post 3rd January 2024.
• No refunds will be made to Referred Friends after purchase at Testbook.
• Testbook has complete authority to change the reward amount at any point of time. Successful Referral after such change(s) will receive the cashback as per latest reward amount.
• As with any exam and contest, cheaters and entries which are not genuine will be disqualified and will not be eligible for any prizes (Including but not limited to running ads to promote their Referral code on Testbook's Keywords). Testbook’s decision in this regard will be final and binding.
• Testbook has complete authority to close this referral program at any point of time and will not be responsible for providing cashback in that scenario.
• If the Referrer fails to update and save their latest UPI ID, Testbook will not be responsible to give them cashback.
• You'll receive the cashback & incentives Daily once for the Referral Purchases and eligible incentives for the Last 24 hours period. If in any case, the transaction fails or if the referrer has not updated the UPI ID on App or Website, we will retry upto 28 Days from the date of transaction.
  Post that, Testbook will not be responsible for crediting the cashback.
  Let's understand with 2 examples,
  1. If you have done a referral on 2nd Jan 2024, but you haven't updated the UPI ID before that and you finally updated the UPI ID in Testbook on 25th Jan 2024, then you'll receive the cashback on the next day since the gap between the two dates is less than 28 days. But if you update the UPI ID on 5th Feb, then you'll not be able to receive the cashback. Deadline for updating the UPI ID will be 28 Days from the cashback/incentive date for the respective cashback/incentive.
  2. If you have done a referral on 2nd Jan 2024, but the transaction gets failed to your UPI ID (Including but not limited to invalid UPI, ineligibility to receive amount to your UPI, your Bank's error), then we'll reattempt everyday till 30th Jan 2024. But if it still gets failed, then you'll not be able to receive the cashback post that period.
  In either case you need to resolve the issue for your UPI ID, be it updating the UPI ID on Testbook or working with your bank/UPI Partner to resolve any issues related to failure within 28 Days.
  You need to raise the issue for not receiving the amount within 30 days of cashback/incentive date, after which Testbook will not be responsible for disbursing the cashback. You'll hear from us within 7 Days.

• By participating in the Referral contest, the referrer agrees and gives consent that his/her photo may be displayed with the earnings through Referrals in the Referral page and other spaces.
• Only the 1st referrer will be eligible for the cashback of all the purchases of his friend who has invited his friend on Testbook and the friend has used his coupon code while sign-up/1st purchase. Users who have applied multiple referral codes for subsequent purchases, those referrers will not get any cashback, only the 1st referrer is eligible to recieve cashbacks.

Contest T&C

• The Contest shall run from 12:00 AM, 01 May, 2024 – 11:59 PM, 31 May, 2024 = ('the Contest Period')
• On every purchase made using your Referral code, you Earn 10% Cashback on Testbook Pass Pro, 10% on Testbook Pass, 10% on SuperCoaching, 10% on SkillAcademy & 5% on Book referral. Your friend will get 12% OFF on Testbook Pass Pro, 12% OFF on Testbook Pass, 10% OFF on SuperCoaching, 10% OFF on SkillAcademy & 5% OFF on Book.
• All Referral purchases for any Product at Testbook will be considered in the contest for claiming Extra Incentive of upto ₹10000. However, you will get cashback for every referral purchase. Participants eligible for rewards will be awarded within 15 days after the contest ends. Referrers can refer the 1st Banner in this Referral Section on App to check the extra incentives details. You can also find the extra incentive (over and above the fixed cahback on every Referral) details below: • Earn ₹50 Extra on 2nd Referral • Earn ₹150 Extra on 5th Referral • Earn ₹300 Extra on 10th Referral • Earn ₹500 Extra on 20th Referral • Earn ₹1000 Extra on 40th Referral • Earn ₹3000 Extra on 250th Referral • Earn ₹5000 Extra on 500th Referral
• The maximum amount of extra incentive cash that an individual can win in a month is ₹10000
• Users involves in fraudualent activities will be blacklisted (Including but not limited to running Ads to promote their Referral code on Testbook's Keywords). Testbook’s decision in this regard will be final and binding.
• This contest is not open for employees and relatives of Testbook, their distributors, franchisees, agents and agency managing backend operations.
