Step 1: Visit the official website of OSSC.
Step 2: Click on “Apply Online”
Step 3: Click the "New User" link, if you are registering for a Post for the 1st Time. All the registered candidates have to sign in with a username and password.
Step 4: After clicking on a new user an Instruction Page will appear on your computer screen.
Step 5: Scroll down and read the complete instructions carefully and click on the "Proceed to Registration" button.
Step 6: Fill in all the details and upload all the required documents.
Step 7: Clicking on the “Preview” button will open an alert to preview your registration details. Click “OK” to proceed.
Step 8: In the last step, pay the required fees for the exam by clicking on the “Pay Online”.
Step 9: Once you have filled the application successfully, a pdf file will be generated in a separate tab. Download the Pdf document for future reference.
There will be three stages in the selection process which are the Preliminary Exam, Mains Exam, Computer Skill Test & Typing Test.
The candidate must ensure that he/she fulfills the OSSC Junior Clerk Exam Eligibility Criteria set by the commission. Any candidate who does not meet any of the eligibility criteria, his/her application will be rejected by the OSSC, and application fees will neither be refunded nor adjusted.
The candidate should not be less than 21 years and not more than 38 years of age to qualify for the OSSC Junior Clerk Recruitment 2023.
There will be age relaxation for candidates as per Government Rules prescribed for the purpose. Age relaxation of 5 years for SEBC, S.C., S.T, and all the Women candidates. By 10 years for Persons with Disabilities (PWD).
No relaxation applies to SEBC, S.C./S.T. candidates of other States. They will be treated as general candidates.
