Nai Roshni is a Central sector scheme for leadership development among women of minority communities aged 18 to 65 years. The scheme empowers minority women with the help of NGOs and various other civil societies nationwide. The Ministry of Minority Affairs Government of India runs the Nai Roshni scheme.
