Bombay High Court District Judge Selection Process

The selection of candidates for the Bombay High Court District Judge post will be based on the following stages:

• Preliminary Written Examination - It will contain MCQ-type questions and will be scrutinized by the computers. After obtaining the cut-off marks, students will be called in a ratio of 1:10. The exam will be conducted in Aurangabad, Mumbai, and Nagpur.
• Mains Written Examination - This examination contains two papers. Each paper will be of 100 marks for 3 hours each. The medium of the examination will be English. The cut-off percentage will be 50%. Students clearing this round will be eligible for the final exam. The exam will be conducted only in Mumbai.
• Viva-voce - Students have to at least 40% in this round, to qualify for the examination. Students will be evaluated on the marks obtained in Mains and viva voce.
