The Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) had released the APSC CCE Notification for recruitment to various posts/services under the Government of Assam. APSC CCE Interview Schedule has been announced. APSC will hold Interview/Viva-Voce on 27th, 28th, 29th, 30th & 31st May, 2024 for the post of Junior Engineer (Civil) under Public Works Department (Advt. No.06/2019).

Candidates aspiring to ace the APSC CCE recruitment 2024 applied for the recruitment drive from 17th January to 8th February 2024. By following these below-mentioned simple steps candidates can apply for recruitment easily.
Step 1: Visit the official website and then candidates have to click on “APSC CCE 2024 Apply Link”.
Step 2: A new window will be opened on the candidate’s screen. Now, candidates have to enter all the necessary information as required.
Step 3: Candidates must also choose their choice of examination center during filling out the application form.
Step 4: Now, candidates can cross-check all the information that is added to the application and click click on the “submit” button.
Step 5: Candidates can keep a copy of the application form for future reference and use.
The candidates who will be filling up the application form are required to pay the fee . Only by doing this the application process of the candidates will be considered completed. Under the Digital India initiative by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, the Government of India, APSC has decided to launch its online recruitment portal with the help of CSC-SPV, a MeitY-approved organization, which will charge a processing fee of Rs. 40.00/- + 18% tax = Rs. 47.20/- from each candidate. Candidates applying for the APSC CCE recruitment will be selected based on the selection stages decided by the authorities. The Assam Public Service Commission Combined Competitive exam will consist of two stages as the selection process. Only if the applicant qualified for both of the stages of the selection process will be considered as eligible for the individual posts. Candidates can take a look at the stage-wise selection process details as given below:
The first stage of the candidates' selection process will be the Prelims Examination. This exam will include the objective type questions exam, and this will be conducted for a total number of 400 marks. This stage is known as the screening stage to select deserving candidates for the main examination. Candidates who qualify this stage of the selection process with the required qualifying marks will be called for the next stage of the selection process i.e. Mains examination.
The main examination of the recruitment drive includes a written examination and interview. Candidates must need to qualify for this stage which will be conducted for a total number of 1775 marks. The candidates who clear this stage of the selection process with minimum qualifying marks will be considered as eligible for the respective posts which they had applied for.
Candidates who wish to apply for the APSC Combined Competitive Exam Recruitment 2024 need to make sure that they will meet all the required eligibility criteria to be eligible for the recruitment. Only the candidates who will fulfill all the required eligibility criteria will be eligible to apply and attend the recruitment drive. The details of the eligibility criteria are as follows.

The Recruitment Examination will consist of two stages of the examination i.e Preliminary Examination and Mains Examination. The Preliminary Examination Consists of objective-type multiple-choice questions for a duration of two hours each.
